Earth steward: homesteading, gardening; growing tea and talking to my chickens!

Many layers, many levels - this 'onion' is in peeling-mode! This place-n-space is where I share, freely...

Certifications in areas of Reiki Master, Holistic Wellness/Life coach and Mind Body Fitness coach - things have evolved for me beyond these original 'gateway' programs. Connecting and connecting to - the bodies (all levels/layers), parts, systems - is a spiritual practice that one doesn't receive a certificate for.
