Taurus flows into Gemini on the summer solstice -

This beautiful ‘season’ of Gemini (because: summer, am I right? My garden is taking off and I love it!) I am moving towards the awareness and healing intentions of the T2 of my thoracic spine. The nerves of the T2 are connected to the heart and the T3 is connected to the lungs – both are chest area aspects. So, I have a feeling that this month (Gemini) and the flow into next month (Cancerian season) will have this blended heal/repairing collaborative going on. To be honest, this is true for a lot of things right now! It really is a ‘blended reality’ at so many levels!

Summer kick-off (solstice) and solar Gemini hold hands – and what a lovely couple they are!

For solar Gemini there is currently an energetic repair-focus on the lungs, lung energy and chi. My intention is to be processing any and all things in relation for my personal T2/spine trauma as well as the Universal/collective lungs corrections happening now. What does this look like for me?

Right off the bat – I am noticing that I am naturally, organically, wanting to do more somatic work. I do this already but have noticed I just want to do… more (than the usual). Finding that ‘sweet spot’ of just breathing deep and stretching just-right to gracefully relax the spine and allow it to… ‘pop’!

I’ve been doing all-kind-of-things over the years to crack, pop, release and alleviate the compression in my spine and this one has been the most calm/calming method. And rightfully so! It’s somatic!! (LOL!)

The release in my back/spine isn’t always the same section/spot either. One day it’s up high, the next its lower, then a mid, maybe a neck or shoulder area… It’s not always a repeat offender. This is in part to the alignment aspects but the dominating area is the thoracic zone. And during the gardening-season... I'm all-over the place with aches-n'-stiffness! No doubt!

On the T2/nerves and heart level: physically and energetically… First and foremost… the heart is obviously the ‘love’ pumper, right? Well, it’s the seat of the inner-Self, your strength and worthiness you feel and know. If it’s blocked – there will be stress, doubt, lack of self-love. Truly healing this within the Self is 'the game changer', yet so many don't fully understand this.

I have been in combo-mode of heart + higher heart for quite a while... and when you really do listen to and follow your heart/heart-space – there truly is that big breath of fresh air energetically going on!

On the ascension aspects of Gemini and the lungs repairing: Planetary-wise… I’ve noticed how windy it’s been; at least, for where I live, constant winds (and hard/fast winds for June and July) is not the norm. It even comes up in discussions with others… the weather – how windy it’s been! That is the solar winds of change! The cleansing breath of earth, elementals, and corrections being made for clearing, purging and removing the shadow, demonic, negative in order to anchor-in more Christos-Sophia. Breathing in and out… some days are deep inhales/exhales and some days are calm. It’s interesting to observe.

And for July as a whole - Our family traveled to Europe for the first half of the month and it was wonderful! Heart-felt at every level! <3 The relaxation, calm, and breathing-in deeply – the Mediterranean air! Wonderful! The waters… So healing! The new blending of families (our youngest got married). It was an experience of once in a lifetime (like most things are) and I was truly enjoying and being in every moment.

I also felt and observed things at deeper levels as well. Because – I can’t not. While on the different lands/locations I was feeling the exchanges of energies, the observations and gaining awareness(es) that took me all-over the board, up and down ‘the scale’, of feeling the feels. From the people to the lands/planet (grid work) – it’s always an interesting field trip when I can go and be on/at different places and spaces on this earth. I’m in deep gratitude that I can do that.
