Aquarius – I’m still in my protocol/elimination activities! During the start of Aquarius – we were out and about traveling! What fun that is when you are working through some dietary changes and switch-ups, eh?! The ‘struggle was real’ for keeping on the plan. But I also didn’t completely fall off into the abyss either. We were able to get in/make a couple of meals at the house (vrbo we were staying in) but there seemed to be just as much eating out. Not the best of eating

Capricorn – I’m getting into a groove as January rocks on. And things seem to be okay. This Para kit  cleanse system I am utilizing I can only hope (at this point) is doing the job I hired it to do! Eradicate the H. Pylori!! Or at least – weaken and knock-it-back. H.P. is a tough-nut to crack so… just doing the things  to make the terrain (my gut) a not so fun place for it to reside is half the battle.  What’s different from a parasite cleanse  to working on this  H.P. critt

Sagittarius – Closing out 2025 on a good note! Not necessarily a high note – but a good one. My new adventure is only just beginning but closing up a few things, emotionally for the most part, made for a really good end of 2025 for me. Even though I had my awareness’s on high-alert in regards to foods and my upcoming protocol plan-of-attack to ensue after January got started – I chose to just be a ‘regular’ gal at the holidays and selectively eat what was provided/presented

I had kicked off the month already in detox/cleanse mode. Hubby and I actually did the cleansing together; this sure makes things easier...
