Capricorn – I’m getting into a groove as January rocks on. And things seem to be okay. This Para kit  cleanse system I am utilizing I can only hope (at this point) is doing the job I hired it to do! Eradicate the H. Pylori!! Or at least – weaken and knock-it-back. Sagittarius – Closing out 2025 on a good note! Not necessarily a high note – but a good one. My new adventure is only just beginning but closing up a few things, emotionally for the most part, made for a really good end of 2025 for me. Even though I had my awareness’s on high-alert in regards to foods and my upcoming protocol plan-of-attack to ensue after January got started – I chose to just be a ‘regular’ gal at the holidays and selectively eat what was provided/presented

Ophiuchus  – My Ophiuchus season kicked off with my follow-up doc visit. My health-and-wellness collaborator and I went over all my tests, my spine x-ray results and worked on my next steps. Since I had privy to most of my results info (courtesy of the patient portal) I had a head start on what most likely would be discussed and then ensuing at this point. Scorpio week - Libra rolls into Scorpio; it’s one week that moves quickly. It can have energetic intensity but at the same time – it’s a week of inner-stillness, calm and connection.
